Shruthi is said to have admitted to Punya Hospital in the afternoon for food poisoning, but sources say she had attempted suicide. It is being said that the doctors have attended her and she is out of danger.
It may be recalled that Shruthi had recently remarried journalist Chandrachud.
On 10th July Shruthi had attended the meeting of 100 Years of Cinema Celebration at The Capitol hotel organised by KFCC.
