As the film industry takes a break due to the Ramzan fasting, which has of late been regarded as an off-season due to the poor viewer turnout at north Kerala theatres, there is only one Malayalam release today (Jul 12).
Police Maman, directed by B R Jacob, has villain turned comedian Baburaj in the lead. The curious thing here is, actually who is this B R Jacob?
It can very well be Baburaj Jacob, who has directed the film himself. His wife Vani Viswanath is the film's producer.
Baburaj has earlier directed films like Black Daliya and Manushyamrugam.
