The audio launch of Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam was held in Chennai. When the Chief Guest for the event, Dhanush, took the stage, he was reportedly greeted with a thunderous applause.
The actor's speech moved many when he reportedly said that Tamil cinema was the oxygen he breathed and that Hindi cinema was like his clothes. Sources say that actor also gave a pleasant surprise to the audience when he called Siva Karthikeyan his younger brother
He said that since he was the youngest among his siblings, he always yearned for a smaller brother and he would be the pillar of support at all time.
