A few days back, Chennai was splashed with posters of Vijay Anthony's new flick, Thirudan and the poster kindled our curiosity as it had a mystery element to it. We have come to know that the shoots of Thirudan would begin only in September.
Meanwhile, Vijay Anthony has begun shooting for his other movie Saleem from yesterday, the 11th of July, and he has assured fans of a wholesome entertainer which would encompass all genres. The beautiful Aksha Pardasany has been signed on to play the female lead role. More posters from Saleem are set to be released this evening, in addition to the first look poster which was released a few months back.
Nirmal Kumar, a former assistant of Bharathiraja, directs Saleem and Ganesh Chandra is the DOP. Vijay Anthony would obviously be in charge of the music department.
